Our Hook Lift System is a complete hydraulic lifting and container handling solution designed for roll-off trucks, waste collection vehicles, construction trucks and other truck-mounted applications.

Unlike a standalone hydraulic cylinder, the complete hooklift system integrates the lifting frame, hook mechanism, hydraulic cylinders and related hydraulic components into one working system. It allows one truck to load, transport, unload and exchange multiple containers or truck bodies.

HCIC provides hook lift systems that can be customized according to truck chassis, container length, lifting capacity, hook height, mounting dimensions and hydraulic requirements. OEM and ODM production are available for truck manufacturers, body builders, equipment distributors and fleet operators.

How Does a Hook Lift System Work?

A hydraulic hook lift system uses hydraulic pressure to move the hook mechanism and lift a removable container onto the truck chassis.

During loading, the hook engages with the container and the hydraulic cylinders move the lifting structure to pull the container onto the truck frame. After the container is positioned, the system secures it for transportation.

For unloading, the hydraulic system moves the hooklift mechanism in the opposite direction, allowing the container to be placed on the ground.

The same truck can therefore handle multiple removable bodies, making hooklift systems suitable for waste collection, construction materials, recycling, landscaping and other applications that require flexible container handling.
